True Shot Ammo Full-Auto Range Days
Hey all, we here at True Shot Academy just wanted to give everyone a heads-up about an upcoming event that we are going to be a part of in the near future. Want to shoot a machine gun on the weekend at an excellent indoor range in Gilbert, Arizona? Here’s your chance!
Â
What is It?
This event is a collaboration between True Shot Ammo and The Continental Gilbert at which customers can rent and shoot machine guns. Simply put, True Shot Ammo is going to be providing machine guns for use at The Continental Gilbert. Ammunition for these machine guns will be supplied by True Shot Ammo and will be able to be purchased for use with machine guns at the time of the event.
Where is It?
The event will be held at The Continental Gilbert. The range is located at 1695 S Santan Village Pkwy, Gilbert, AZ 85295. The facility is a modern facility with many lanes and a quality ventilation system. The Continental Gilbert has graciously reserved four lanes for use with our machine guns.
Â
When is It?
This event will take place on Saturday April 13th and Sunday April 14th. On both days, the event will run from 10am to 3pm. Essentially, the event will run for two days over an upcoming weekend.
Â
What Can You Shoot?
This is the cast of machine guns that you will be able to shoot at this event:
- AK-47 – 7.62×39
- AR-15s – 5.56x45mm NATO
- MP5 – 9mm Luger
Â
Pricing?
There will be a $12 door charge to get into the event. When it comes to shooting the machine guns, there will be a $10 charge per magazine. The $12 fee at the door will only cover admission for the machine gun shoot. If you would like to bring your own firearms for range use and also shoot the machine guns provided by True Shot Ammo, you can pay the range’s normal $19 entry fee. In this event, one would shoot the machine guns in the reserved lanes and then shoot their personal firearms in a separate lane.
True Shot Sales Presence
True Shot Ammo will not be selling ammunition at this event. Instead, our sales operations at the event will be selling merchandise such as hats and shirts. True Shot staff will also be distributing stickers and targets at the event.
Â
Waivers
Attendees of the event will need to sign a waiver in order to participate. This waiver can be signed at the event or in advance online via this link. If you intend on attending the event, it would be beneficial to get your waiver signed in advance. By doing so, you can spend more time at the range shooting full-auto as opposed to having to sign waivers prior to getting onto the firing line.
Â
Conclusion
And there we have it. We here at True Shot Ammo are happy to be able to collaborate with another Arizona-based business and provide an opportunity for customers to enjoy the experience of shooting a machine gun.

Real cute advertising. $10 per magazine but didn’t say what size magazine
Yes, $10 for a 30 round is too cheap but $10 for a 10 round is too much.
Nowhere does it states the size of the magazine so I guess they want to get you in the door and then let you know how much it actually costs to shoot.
Really, this should be corrected so people are allowed to see the actual price up front.
Hello Kurt,
That information was not included at the time of writing due as some costs and inventory considerations were still being addressed. After conferring with the event organizer on our side, I am being told that magazines for the AR-15s and MP5 will hold 15 rounds while the AK-47 magazines will hold 10 rounds. The round count is also reflective of safety concerns voiced by the venue themselves. Hope this helps.
