The following Terms and Conditions govern all purchase transactions made by the Customer/Applicant (“Customer”) identified in the account application:

Resale Requirement. Customer affirms that all purchases are intended solely for resale at retail. Customer must obtain and keep current a valid resale/sales tax license in the state where it conducts business.
Legal Compliance. Customer is responsible for securing and maintaining all federal, state, and local licenses or permits necessary to operate its business, and must provide True Shot Wholesale with copies upon request. Customer further agrees to remain knowledgeable of, and fully compliant with, all applicable laws and regulations.
Business Changes and Notification. Customer must promptly notify True Shot Wholesale if its Federal Firearms License (FFL) or any other required business license is suspended or revoked. Customer must also provide written notice of any change in ownership, business name, legal structure, address, or any bankruptcy filing. True Shot Wholesale may recover any losses it sustains because of the Customer’s failure to provide such notice.
Payment Terms. All invoices are due by the stated due date. Unpaid balances will accrue finance charges of 1.5% per month. Returned payments will incur a $25 service fee. True Shot Wholesale reserves the right to reduce credit limits or change account terms (including requiring prepayment or ACH payment) if payments are late or returned.
Returns. All returns must follow True Shot Wholesale’s return policy and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10%. Merchandise may not be returned without prior authorization. Any defective products must be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their warranty policies.
Product Warranties. True Shot Wholesale does not provide any warranties of its own. The only warranties available are those offered by the product manufacturer. Customer expressly waives all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Collections. If credit is extended, Customer agrees to pay all invoices on or before the due date. Customer is responsible for all costs of collection on delinquent accounts, including attorney’s fees and related expenses.
Indemnification. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold True Shot Wholesale harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of: (i) Customer’s failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations, including those requiring safeguards to prevent unlawful possession, sale, or use of products; and (ii) Customer’s marketing, advertising, or online content.

I, the undersigned Customer, certify that the information provided in this application is true and correct. I am at least 21 years old, have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and am authorized to sign on behalf of the business named herein.
