Black Hills Ammunition, often simply called Black Hills, is a notable American ammunition manufacturer. Founded in 1981 and based in Rapid City, South Carolina, the company produces a wide array of ammunition product lines. Black Hills is well-known for their HoneyBadger solid copper loadings, Authentic Cowboy Action loadings, and match grade loadings. The company is also renowned for their MK262 loading that they developed and produced at the request of the United States Navy. Currently, the company produces loadings for pistol and rifle calibers. The company's product offerings include popular calibers such as 9mm Luger, .45 Colt, 5.56x45mm NATO, and .308 Winchester to name a few. Black Hills loadings are not corrosive and feature brass casings, allowing end users to reload them after they are fired.
