Larry Read is co-founder and chairman of True Shot Ammo. In addition to True Shot, Mr. Read is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of North American Lubricants, an oil company supplying both the private and government sector nationwide with lubricants since 2000. Larry also founded Rhodium 45, a car storage business in Mesa, AZ. Outside of work, Larry is a devoted grandfather to his six grandchildren, an avid car collector, and a golfer. He currently resides in Paradise Valley, AZ with his wife Janet.

As co-founder of True Shot, Kyle’s vision and determination have grown True Shot from his garage to being an Inc 5000 company in 2021 and 2022 with growth in excess of 1,400% becoming one of the largest ammunition retailers in America. Prior to founding True Shot, Kyle spent 13 years at North American Lubricants, working his way up to Vice President. Kyle is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a BS degree in Business Administration. In addition to his professional pursuits, Kyle has a passion for international travel, Formula 1 racing, and the gym. Kyle and his wife are currently raising their three boys in Phoenix, AZ.

Luis is the Chief Information Officer of True Shot and has held this position since 2020. Prior to True Shot, Luis spent over 25 years, mostly in Information Technology for Oil Changer, Inc., a chain of retail quick lubes based in California. Luis supported 36 locations and over 400 employees. He holds a BS degree in Communication Science from the University of Lima in Peru alongside certifications from Microsoft and IBM. Luis resides in Phoenix, AZ with his three daughters. He is a devoted father and loves soccer, swimming, and comedy. Luis grew up surfing in his native Peru before moving to America 26 years ago.

Brandon Mowbray is the Controller and a member of the Board of Directors at True Shot Ammo. He is a seasoned professional with a strong background in financial management. Collaborating closely with all members of the management team, Brandon helps develop and execute the strategies that have helped lead True Shot to become one of the largest ammunition retailers in the U.S. His strong leadership skills and ability to foster positive relationships contribute to a cohesive and thriving environment for employees. Outside of his professional pursuits, Brandon spends his time with his family at soccer tournaments, golfing, and honing his shooting skills at the range.

Lucas Hoem is the Customer Service Manager at True Shot. Lucas manages the compliance team, retail sales employees, gun show employees, and the customer service department. Growing up on a ranch in Colorado, Lucas has been shooting competitively since he was 8 years old. He has a long list of accomplishments in multiple shotgun disciplines, the pinnacle was becoming a member of Team USA’s collegiate Bunker Trap Team, while on the ASU Gun Devil shooting team. After graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication in 2019, Lucas managed one of the top shotgun shooting ranges in the state of Arizona. Lucas joined True Shot in 2021 working in the warehouse and quickly worked his way up to assistant warehouse manager and then customer service manager in less than 18 months! You can find him spending time with his fiancé, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. They enjoy all outdoor recreation activities, including but not limited to; hunting, fishing, golfing, camping, hiking, & kayaking. Lucas also is an accomplished musician with over 20 years of experience playing the guitar.

Victor is the Warehouse Manager at True Shot. Prior to joining the management team at True Shot, Victor worked for FedEx Ground for 10 years working his way up from a driver, to route supervisor and finally as the operations manager. His background in logistics and management has helped True Shot to become a powerhouse in material handling. Victor studied Communications at Cal State Long Beach. When he is not at work, Victor enjoys off-roading, traveling to Mexico, and shooting firearms.
