Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate (Ammo Coach). As a pivotal member of our retail establishment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming, organized environment for our patrons. Retail Sales Associates must be able to effectively communicate the uses, effects, and performance of all products sold here at True Shot Ammo. Customers don’t always know what they need or want and rely on the retail team members to guide them in the correct direction. Success will be acquired by mingling with and building a rapport with the customers. If you have a passion for
sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for fostering positive customer relationships, we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
● Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs. Assist customers in locating
products, providing recommendations, and answering inquiries about merchandise. Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service at all times.
● Sales Generation
Actively engage with customers to promote and sell products. Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain awareness of current promotions, discounts, and sales incentives to maximize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
● Product Knowledge
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay informed about industry trends and product developments to effectively communicate product information to customers and address any concerns or questions they may have.
● Merchandising
Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed, organized, and stocked on shelves and racks. Assist with inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves, monitoring product levels, and conducting regular inventory counts. Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing displays that highlight featured products and drive sales.
Restocking pallets and the wall with ammo to provide a smooth opening for the retail crew in the morning.
● Cash Handling
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or
point-of-sale (POS) systems. Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of
payment in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Retail Lead or Retail Manager will balance the cash registers at the end of each shift and
maintain accurate records of transactions
● Store Maintenance
Contribute to the cleanliness and tidiness of the store by performing routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, dusting, cleaning the bathroom, and organizing product displays. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed, including securing the premises, setting up signage, and preparing the store for business.
● Customer Experience
Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by providing friendly and courteous service. Listen actively to customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints in a professional manner. Strive to create memorable shopping experiences that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
· Enthusiasm for sales and a willingness to learn about products and sales techniques.

As we continue expanding our brand nationwide, we are looking for an organized and motivated Event Coordinator to help execute industry events, trade shows, competitions, and brand activations.

About the Role
The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that promote the True Shot Ammo brand and generate new business opportunities. This role manages everything from logistics and vendor coordination to on-site event staff leadership.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple moving parts, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate company participation in trade shows, shooting competitions, vendor expos, and promotional events.
Manage event logistics, including travel, accommodations, permits, and vendor coordination.
Lead on-site event teams, including True Shot Ammo staff, temporary workers, and volunteers.
Coordinate event setup, operations, and teardown.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align event strategy with company goals.
Manage promotional displays, branded materials, and event equipment.
Track event budgets and expenses.
Maintain an organized calendar of upcoming events.
Represent True Shot Ammo professionally at public events and industry functions.
Evaluate event success through post-event reporting and feedback.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or project management preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lead teams in fast-paced event environments.
Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings or weekends when events require.
Familiarity with firearms, ammunition, or shooting sports strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with event setup.
Experience driving large vehicles such as box trucks is a plus.

Position: Warehouse Associate (Pick & Pack)
Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Assistant Warehouse Manager

Nature of Work:
Efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a fast-paced, climate-
controlled warehouse environment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Pick and pack customer orders from product racks.
- Prepare orders for shipment by building sturdy and uniform pallets.
- Replenish robot hoppers with carton bundles as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized facility, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Language: Proficiency in reading and writing English.
- Technology: Basic computer skills for navigating shipping software.

- Physical Requirements:
Scope of Position:
This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities include rotating between picking and packing duties. No supervisory responsibilities are
included in this role.
Working Conditions:

GUN SHOW ASSISTANT
GUN SHOW ASSISTANT
As a Gun Show Assistant, you will be one of the many faces of True Shot Ammo. You will travel to events both in and around Arizona providing enjoyable and informative experiences for customers that serve as the basis for long-term relationships. You will be responsible for preparing inventory, loading and driving a 30-foot box truck, staging booths at events, engaging with customers and making sales, and returning inventory to the warehouse.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Gun Show Manager in all tasks including but not limited to:
- Effectively managing a high volume of customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Traveling to events both in and outside of Arizona.
