I have been trying to pay with a Visa Gift Card (debit card), but it won't accept it. It has never been used so I know funds are in there. How can I pay with that method, btw, I have items in c/o cart.

I have tried several times to redeem a gift card. I enter the code and each time I am informed that the gift card doesn't exist. I was told that I have to enter the email for the purchaser of the gift card, Ok but where do I enter that info?
