This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Asst. Manager and has no direct supervisory responsibilities. This position receives daily assignments from the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Asst. Manager and will rotate throughout picking and packing responsibilities. This position works in a climate-controlled warehouse environment 100% of the time. Exposure to heavy moving equipment and automated machines.

  • Nature of work is to provide efficient and quality packing of orders to ship
  • Non supervisory role


  • Pick and pack customer orders from product rack as ordered and prepare for shipment.
  • Build pallets of finished product orders throughout the day in a sturdy and uniform fashion to make them readily available when our shipping service provider arrives to make the scheduled pick-up.
  • Replenish robot hoppers with bundles of carton boxes as needed.
  • Maintain clean facility (work area, grounds, restrooms, customer area, etc.) including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.
  • Observe and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.


To successfully perform the essential functions of the position, the employee must be able to read and write English. Basic computer skills to be able to navigate through shipping software. Previous warehouse experience is helpful. Equipment operation includes pallet jack, tape machine, void filler dispenser, and touch screen monitor. The employee must be able to reach six feet in height, lift 50lbs, and stand for an extended period of time while being in the production area. The employee must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers and respond to communication calls from co-workers. Mobility is required.

  • Assist customers by providing product and service information
  • Managing large amounts incoming calls and service inquiries
  • Conduct money transactions
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new and returning customers
  • Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives quickly
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Opening and maintaining customer accounts
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
  • Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered


  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a CSR
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High School Diploma
