  • True Shot Ammo ships within the continental United States via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
  • We can not ship ammunition to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories.
  • Please know your State and Local laws governing ammunition before purchase so as not to delay or cancel the shipment.

  • PLEASE NOTE: FedEx and UPS can only deliver to a physical street address. Sorry, no P.O. BOXES allowed.
  • All ammunition MUST be shipped ground.
  • If your shipment is lost or damaged please email us at [email protected] or call us at (888)736-6587.
  • If your order requires a FOID Card, permit, etc, the shipping address must match the address on the requisite permit. Failure to do so could result in your order being delayed or canceled.
  • NOTE – If we have to contact you for any reason regarding your order, we will email and call you. If we do not hear from you within 14 days we reserve the right to automatically cancel and refund your order.
  • Also, if you order an item that is not legal in your state or city (i.e. – ordering a 30-round magazine in a state with a capacity restriction, True Shot reserves the right to substitute with a compliant product with or without notice. Unfortunately, USPS will not ship ammunition. We do however use the United States Postal Service for shipping some accessories, knives, and apparel.
