Do you sell firearms or accept transfers?
While we love firearms, we do not sell them or accept transfers any longer. But feel free to contact us for a recommendation on our favorite places to purchase or transfer a firearm.

Do you have a minimum Order Quantity?

Nope. Feel free to order anything you want in any quantity you want.

Can I pick up my order at your store/warehouse?

Absolutely! We have a retail store in Tempe, AZ and would love to give you a tour of our facility. Just ask!

What major credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. When you fill out the payment information on your order you will need to provide the complete credit card number, expiration date, credit card security code, and the full name of the person the card is issued to.
Do you accept PayPal or wire transfers?
We currently do not accept PayPal or wire transfers at this time.
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Sales tax will be charged for States that require it for online sales.

Return & Refund Policy

Here at True Shot Ammo, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the ammunition is in its original, unopened packaging. Typically, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return label, unless the error is caused by True Shot Ammo. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns. Returns or refunds will not be accepted after 30 days.

Orders eligible for return and refund:

  • Warehouse or shipping errors,
  • Defective products w/ proof, Incorrect product info (product received does not match description).
  • Manufacturer recalls.
  • Customer satisfaction within 30 days (only full, unopened boxes can be returned).

Orders not eligible for return and refund:

  • Any product altered in any way from its original condition,
  • The product is missing parts or accessories that were originally included,
  • Ammunition is not in its original condition and packaging making it unsafe or illegal to resell,
  • Weathered due to improper storage,
  • Non-compliance with return policy,
  • Anything delivered past 30 days depending on the condition of the product if applicable we will issue a store credit not a full refund.
  • All knife sales are final.

If there is a manufacturing issue, True Shot Ammo will assist you in contacting the manufacturer while we do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction. If a product is not to the customer's liking or they made a mistake ordering the wrong product, we will issue store credit only, not a full refund. We advise carefully reviewing all details before purchasing ammunition to avoid complications, such as ordering the wrong product.

All refunds will be issued as In-Store Credits unless an error was made by True Shot Ammo and a full refund is requested. To receive store credits, customers must have a True Shot Ammo account set up online. Through this account, customers can access orders, memberships, subscriptions, payment methods, addresses, and more. If a customer does not have an account and a refund needs to be issued, the customer will need to create one, or True Shot Ammo will create an account on their behalf.

Sales Items

If you purchase an item from True Shot Ammo while it is on sale and you are not completely satisfied, it may be returned within 30 days for a refund for that item. The merchandise must be unused and all original packaging must be intact to receive a refund. Shipping, insurance, and additional handling options are non-refundable.

Damaged Item

Prior to shipping, True Shot Ammo inspects every item ordered to ensure quality and accuracy. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact True Shot Ammo Customer Service within 3 days of receipt. Please keep the box and all packaging material as this will assist in expediting a replacement item.

Wrong/Defective Item

If you receive the wrong item please contact True Shot Ammo Customer Service. If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect and it is within 30 days of purchase you may contact True Shot Ammo Customer Service. If more than 30 days have passed please contact the manufacturer for technical support. Each brand True Shot Ammo offers has a detailed website with contact and support information available. If you have any questions regarding a manufacturer’s website or contact information, feel free to contact True Shot Ammo Customer Service.

If you receive a free gift with your purchase and decide to return your order, please send the free gift back with your return. Free Gifts which are not returned will be billed to you by deducting its’ value from your refund.

Exchanges

True Shot Ammo has an easy exchange program. If you’ve ordered an item that doesn’t work for your application, follow these easy steps to exchange the item. Simply login to your account and place a new order for the item you need. Due to the rapid changes in True Shot Ammo’s inventory, it is best to place a new order as soon as possible to ensure availability. At your convenience, return the item you don’t want for a full refund. Our mailing address is located on the bottom of the packing slip received with your order. Keep in mind you have 30 days to return an item. Once the returned item is received by True Shot Ammo, a refund is applied and your exchange is complete.
