Butch, these rounds are nickel, you can usually tell by the color of the casings, brass will have a yellow tint to the casing whereas nickel is silver in color.

Geri, No, 22 TCM is not 22 Long Rifle, completely different product. Currently Rock Island is the only manufacturer that makes a pistol in 22 TCM. Unfortunately, we do not sell or trade firearms.
