Hi Robert,

We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience. Colorado state law requires an adult signature upon delivery of ammunition, and we take this requirement seriously. If your package was delivered without obtaining your signature, please reach out to our customer service team at 888-736-6587 so we can look into the situation further.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for choosing True Shot Ammo.

Hi Keith, thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad you're satisfied with the quick shipping and the ammo. Come back anytime!

Hi Isak,

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience. We looked into the website issue, and it appears to have been resolved. If you’re still experiencing any issues or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re happy to help!

We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. The shipping requirements for orders to Colorado are mandated by state law, and as a licensed retailer, we are required to comply with those regulations. While we understand not everyone agrees with these requirements, we appreciate your understanding that they are legal obligations rather than policies set by our company. If you have any questions about the shipping requirements for your order, our Customer Service team is always happy to help.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. A direct signature is an optional shipping service that customers can choose during checkout and is not required for most orders. The exception is shipments to Colorado, where a direct signature is required by state law.

If there was any confusion during checkout or if you have questions about the shipping options available for your order, please don't hesitate to give our Customer Service team a call. We'd be happy to review it with you and help clarify everything.

Hi David, thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled you're pleased with your purchase. Looking forward to serving you again!
