Fiocchi - Golden Pheasant Nickel Plated Lead - 20 Gauge - #4 Shot - 3" - 1-1/4 oz. - 1200 FPS

Fiocchi Munizioni has been manufacturing ammunition since 1876, when the company was founded in Lecco, Italy. Over nearly a century and a half, Fiocchi has grown into a global producer serving hunters, competitive shooters and law enforcement, and its upland shotshells in particular have earned a following among bird hunters who value hard-hitting, consistent patterns.

Fiocchi Golden Pheasant is the company's premium upland load, and this 20 Gauge offering pairs a 3-inch hull with a 1-1/4 oz. payload of nickel-plated lead #4 shot at 1200 FPS. The nickel plating hardens the pellet surface, reducing deformation as the shot column moves through the forcing cone and choke, which translates into rounder pellets, tighter patterns and better penetration on tough, late-season birds. The #4 shot size and heavy 1-1/4 oz. charge give this load the reach and energy needed for driven pheasant, wild birds flushing at distance and other demanding upland work. Quality wads and Fiocchi primers round out a shell built for hunters who want magnum performance from a 20 gauge.
