Hi,
Thank you for contacting True Shot Ammo!
No, the Sellier & Bellot .300 Blackout 110 Grain Exergy ammunition is not compatible with a firearm chambered in .300 Weatherby Magnum.
The .300 Blackout and .300 Weatherby Magnum are completely different cartridges with significant differences in case dimensions, pressures, and ballistic performance. Attempting to use .300 Blackout ammunition in a .300 Weatherby Magnum chamber could result in:

Improper Headspacing:

The .300 Blackout case is much shorter than the .300 Weatherby Magnum, causing dangerous misalignment.

Catastrophic Failure:

The drastic difference in chamber pressure and case size could damage your firearm or result in injury.

Yes, the Sellier & Bellot 300 Blackout 110 Grain Exergy ammunition with the blue tip is ballistic-tipped. The blue tip is a polymer insert designed to enhance the bullet’s aerodynamics, improve flight stability, and promote reliable expansion upon impact.
Ballistic-tipped rounds are often favored for hunting and precision shooting due to their high accuracy and effective terminal performance.
