Veteran Ammo - Brassback - Brass Plated Steel - 9mm - 115 Grain - FMJ

This is the worst ammo I have ever purchased. I don’t write bad reviews, but this stuff was terrible. The major issues were tons of the casings stuck in the chamber of my 2011, my smith and Wesson, my sig 365, and my Glock. Every pistol had a major problem. I bent two cleaning rods getting the casings out of the chamber. The other major issue I had was that I had a large volume of sparks from powder blowing back in my face. I have just over 400 rds that I can’t trust not to run bad or blow back into my face. Please stop selling this stuff.

It’s poor. It’s failed to eject in every platform. I’ve tried this ammo in. Glock, nope. Extar, nope. Caracal, nope. Canik, sometimes? I got a lot of deformed rounds a few in each box. Some of it just looks ridiculous, and never should have gotten past QC. Slapping “Veteran,” all over crap ammo doesn’t make it less crappy. Do better than this.

Buyer beware. This ammo trash. I bought a case but only fired six boxes before quitting due to safety concerns. In those six boxes I had at least a dozen failures to extract (from a Glock 19 and 17--which never jam), four dud rounds, sparks flying out the muzzle every shot, the slide barely reciprocating, and twice I had to disassemble to pry a casing from the chamber with a screwdriver. I became so concerned about having a squib that I had to shut it down.

This ammo is absolutely unsafe.

Veteran ammo is absolute garbage! I normally don’t write reviews but this stuff is beyond bad!!! It failed to cycle in Glock 19, Springfield 1911, kahr pm9 and Cz p10…. Then I tried it in my Henry 9mm homesteader and they actually had to replace the barrel!. I thought this was an honest veteran owned company, but after three calls I still can’t get Chris Kramer owner to call me back to make it right. So now I’m left with 1000 rds of 9mm that I can’t even get rid of…. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this junk. I am a Leo and civilian pistol instructor and you can bet I will tell everyone in my firearms community to steer clear!

This ammo sucks. It jammed up all 3 of my 9mm handguns. Its dirty and abrasive. I think it destroyed my CZ 75 SP-01 barrel, that I'm now going to have to replace.

Purchased 1,000 rounds of 9mm 115 FMJ. Trash ammo. Sampled 3 boxes. Failed to feed and jammed 100% in Taurus G3C, three different magazines. FtF, failed to eject in Hi-Point 995, two different magazines, terminated testing with spent shell jammed in chamber. During testing, had both guns cleaned and checked by on-site gunsmith due to high rate of failure. Guns both operating 100% eating Blazer, Winchester, Remington, and Hornady.
Returned 956 rounds of the Veteran and received refund.

Service, delivery, and price are excellent. However, absolutely trash in my Taurus G3C. I’ve run about 2,000 rounds through it and it’s eaten any and all cheap ammo. The Veteran fails to feed and jams every few rounds or all. I was at a full service range and had the gunsmith clean and check my gun out.
Still same poor performance and failure to feed.
Ran a few dozen Blazer and Remington rounds through with no problems. Next mag with Veteran, failed to feed second round, cleared, shoot, jam again.
Sadly I bought 1,000 rounds. Will try in other guns, but not very hopeful.

Not sure what is up with this Ammo, it will not work in my Glock 43x and have had 3 major jams with my Glock 17 gen 4. The RSO at my local range asked me not to bring this ammo in anymore.

It shoots very well out of my canik. I will be back to buy more. It was cheaper on this website than any of my local gun shops
